Management Inspiration Day 2024

The event is a perfect opportunity for all attendees to share experiences and discuss interesting business-related topics. Michael  Ambros – eKomi, Rob  Verbeek – Arcus IT and Jan Willem Friso –Experienced  investor will share their insights and experiences in the field.

For the breakout sessions, we will host four different topics in four separate rooms. The goal of these sessions is to create an interactive environment in which everyone can share their ideas and/or ask about best practices. The four topics will be: “Reporting: Do you have sufficient insight into your value drivers and what are the decision-making KPIs?”, “HR: How to organize your organization in a scalable way?”, “Sales and Marketing Growth vs. Resources: How to balance the trade-off between growth and EBITDA?” and “Buy & Build: What are reasons to do acquisitions and what are the best practices?”.
