Pride Capital Partners is a specialized hybrid capital fund that supports companies in the software and IT industry, working with both debt and equity structures. Typical scenarios are growth, acquisitions and management buy-out (MBO) transactions. The geographic focus is on companies in the Benelux and the DACH region. Pride Capital Partners has offices in Amsterdam and Cologne.

Lars van 't Hoenderdaal

Lars founded Main Capital Partners in 1997 and was later joined by his friend and former colleague Charly Zwemstra. In 2014 Lars initiated Main Mezzanine Capital as an alternative financing provider. After several deals, opening a German team and raising a first fund, Pride Capital Partners was officially born in 2018.

Jacques Brulots

Jacques is the CFO of Netaxis Solutions, a software company which is purely focused on the telecom industry. Netaxis their products serve for the control, monitoring, protection and provisioning of the networks of some of the biggest telcos in the world. Jacques has more than 20 years of experience in executive roles with a strong focus on M&A processes, business development and strategy.

Ruud Harmsen

Ruud is the founder of Fairbanks, a company that provides continuous delivery of services for open cloud software, like OpenStack, Kubernetes and Ceph. Ruud founded Fairbanks in 2004 and will speak about the transformation of Fairbanks from a closed source infrastructure reseller into a managed services company driven by a high level of knowledge and experience in open cloud software. And what role Pride Capital plays in these developments.

Marcel van der Kooi

Marcel is the CEO of ScanmarQED, a Dutch software company with offices in London and Chicago that provides reporting and analytical software solutions to analyze sales performance and optimize marketing efforts. Marcel has more than 20 years of experience in the martech industry, joined ScanmarQED in 2021 and became CEO after the management buy-out transaction with Pride Capital.
