Our portfolio companies Netaxis Solutions, Fairbanks and ScanmarQED will talk about their experiences on growing technology companies, but also challenges and opportunities that come with it. In doing so, this will also put emphasis on how a collaboration with Pride Capital enables them to focus on creating shareholder value.

Typical scenarios are growth, acquisitions and management buy-out (MBO) transactions. The geographic focus is on companies in the Benelux and the DACH region. Pride Capital Partners has offices in Amsterdam and Cologne.

Pride Capital Partners is financed by its own shareholders, institutional investors, high net worth individuals, family offices and (ex-)entrepreneurs. The portfolio includes Arcus IT, Spotzer Digital, Fivespark, Bright River, Bluefield, Fairbanks, Netaxis and ScanmarQED as well as the German companies eKomi, Link11, moveXM, TalentsConnect, Wagawin, GBC and Architrave.
