With over 10 years of experience in the IT, EdTech, and Startup sectors, Nele brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. As the Co-Founder of quofox, a company recently acquired by Archipel Academy in collaboration with Pride, Nele has witnessed post-merger integration. She'll guide us through the complexities of aligning two teams, two systems, and, most notably, two cultures, sharing valuable insights into the do's and don'ts of M&A deals. Nele's journey, starting in sales and consulting in the education and IT sector, eventually led her to discover her passion for HR and strategy consulting. With a background in Human Resources Management and Management Consulting, she has played pivotal roles in leading HR departments and shaping the growth of IT service providers.

Erik's impressive academic background includes an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Gothenburg.
