Pride Capital Partners is pleased to announce a successful exit with the acquisition of Dileoz by Prato, a Hasselt-based HR-tech company. Dileoz, headquartered in Zaventem, specializes in providing HR software solutions for public-sector clients. The transaction marks a milestone for Pride Capital Partners, reflecting a successful investment journey.

Established in 2008, Dileoz leveraged significant expertise in HR and payroll tailored specifically for public entities, achieving notable recognition from local and federal governments and provincial administrations.

Pride Capital Partners and Dileoz started their collaboration in October 2022. The financial injection was used to finalize the development of their proprietary product Dileoz Payment Platform (DPP) and to shift the business towards more recurring revenue. After nearly three years of successful partnership, Dileoz now holds a solid market position. Pride is stepping out at a logical moment for the next phase of the company.

With this acquisition, Prato expands into a new market segment, gaining valuable entry into the governmental industry. Meanwhile, Dileoz enhances its offering through integration with Prato’s extensive capabilities.

Dileoz’s DPP is a sophisticated payroll system augmented with extensive HR modules, including a comprehensive HR ERP solution. The combined expertise of Prato and Dileoz will open further market opportunities, particularly in classic payroll solutions for businesses, facilitated by innovative systems such as Prato’s Earnie payroll engine.

Following the transaction, the expanded Prato group expects to grow towards €20 million in revenues. The combined entity will leverage the expertise of 145 professionals serving customers from offices in Hasselt, Zaventem, Antwerp, and Ghent.

Lars van 't Hoenderdaal, Managing Partner of Pride Capital Partners: “Our investment has empowered Dileoz to expand its specialized software suite and customer base, positioning it as a highly attractive strategic asset. We extend our sincere gratitude to the management team for their dedicated contributions and warmly congratulate Prato on this exceptional venture.”

Guido Dierckx, CEO at Dileoz: “Joining the Prato group represents a substantial step forward in our growth trajectory and continued innovation within Belgium's HR-payroll sector. Our combined strengths significantly reinforce our leadership as partners to governmental organizations.”

Joris Peumans, CEO of Prato, concluded: “We warmly welcome Dileoz into the Prato family. Both companies complement each other strongly, driven by innovation and strategic market positioning. Together, we are well-positioned to deliver superior client support and unlock new growth opportunities.”
