moveXM has received growth capital from Pride Capital Partners to further fuel its growth strategy and support the shift from a service to a recurring SaaS provider. moveXM is active in the field of Customer Experience Management (CXM). Their scalable software suite enables companies to measure, analyze and improve Customer Experience along the entire customer journey.

From a market research agency to a B2B CXM SaaS/product company

In 1995 Yousef Hammory founded the market research agency TTR Group in Frankfurt am Main. TTR Group then was gradually transformed into a product software company and completed this step in 2015 with the finalization of its CXM platform. In 2021 TTR Group was rebranded as moveXM to push their product focus even further. The innovative moveXM team developed one of the leading CXM suites initially for international enterprise customers. Today they are also serving SME clients and were able to win an impressive tender process for a large global enterprise against the largest (mostly US based) players in the CXM market. The goal is to become a leading All-in-One-CXM Platform, for managing and improving the Customer Experience across all channels and touchpoints.

The long-lasting relationships with big enterprise clients were beneficial for moveXM during their transformation into a product software company. The high standards of those customers demanded for a high-quality software development. moveXM was able to deliver on those demands and additionally implemented other requested functionalities into their standardized product, further improving the overall platform experience. With its CXM-suite moveXM can target big enterprise clients and the broader “Mittelstand”.

Financing of growth strategy

The Pride growth capital supports the moveXM team in expanding their business into several verticals. A versatile software suite and the strong management team will serve as a perfect fundament for the roadmap towards a product-driven company with a diverse client base.

Lars van ’t Hoenderdaal (managing partner Pride Capital Partners): “A recipe for creating shareholder value starts with a dedicated management, a scalable product and an excellent customer base. Our loan and network will fuel the further growth towards a scalable product company. moveXM’s management and product are an excellent basis for becoming a leading European player in the CXM segment. We look forward to our collaboration and are happy to contribute.

Holger von Seherr-Thoß (CEO of moveXM): ”As a CXM provider, working towards great relationships and experiences is at the heart of everything we do. With Pride, we have experienced from day one an impressive entrepreneurial spirit and a trusting collaboration. As moveXM we are convinced, that this is the ideal foundation for continuing our success story and further fueling our growth towards becoming a global CXM player. We are happy to move forward together with Pride.”
