Associate (m/f/d)

At Pride Capital Partners, we support later-stage Software and IT companies in the Benelux, DACH-region, and Nordics with flexible capital solutions. Your role

As an associate you will be highly involved in all aspects of a deal making process. From sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting portfolio companies, you will play a key role in shaping our investment strategy and execution.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading deal execution from initial contact to closing
  • Conducting market research and financial analysis
  • Preparing investment proposals and pitch presentations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with network partners (e.g. corporate finance advisors, PE investors)
  • Supporting portfolio companies with strategic and operation initiatives
  • Preparing quarterly reports for our investors
  • Guiding and collaborating with interns an analysts
  • Engaging with entrepreneurs and management teams

What you bring

  • A completed master’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience (in strategy consulting, corporate finance or private equity)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling
  • Affinity with the software & IT sector or would like to learn about the sector
  • A proactive mindset: you enjoy creating structure where needed and thrive in dynamic environments
  • Experience or interest in mentoring junior team members
  • The ability to connect with entrepreneurs and understand their ambitions
  • Fluency in German and English
