Office Manager

Pride Capital Partners is an investment company that supports later-stage software and IT companies. We offer a combination of debt and equity solutions to empower entrepreneurs to realize the next step in their strategy. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager (16-32 hours) who would like to join us in Amsterdam and help grow our business activities in the Benelux region.

What you will do

The role of Office Manager involves the following activities:

  • You are responsible for all facility matters in and around the office
  • Supporting HR & Marketing activities
  • Co-organization of events
  • First point of contact for visitors in our office and the phone
  • Make travel arrangements for colleagues
  • Support the deal teams
  • Several administrative tasks

What you offer

  • A recently completed bachelor’s (HBO) degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience  
  • A proactive mentality
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • You have social skills in order to successfully work in a team
  • Characteristics such as accurate, organizational and multitasker are perfect for you
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing

Working at Pride Capital

You will share your expertise with 16 other colleagues, of which 9 work in Amsterdam, 4 in Cologne and 3 in Copenhagen. Next to this we have 1 or 2 working students in each office. We are a young and dynamic team that works hard to make an impact in the software and IT industry. By sharing our expertise, we support our portfolio companies.
