CCIT enters ERP market through Nubiz acquisition

The Danish IT group CCIT has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Nubiz, a Microsoft Business Central partner focused on ERP solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. The transaction is expected to be finalized in March 2026.
The acquisition marks CCIT’s first step into business applications and ERP as a new competency area within the Group, which today delivers a wide range of services including print/copy, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions. Nubiz fits perfectly into CCIT’s existing business strategy of strategic acquisitions, where acquired companies become new business units within CCIT, and day-to-day operations continue with the same team and management as before.
“With Nubiz, we gain an exceptionally strong team that in just five years has built a profitable business with a high level of expertise and a clear position within the Microsoft ecosystem. I look forward to building on that.” says Hans Dürke Bloch, Group CEO of CCIT.
Strong growth profile and 20 employees in Greater Copenhagen
Nubiz was established five years ago and has delivered solid growth in both revenue and earnings. The company currently employs around 20 people and is based in Greater Copenhagen. Nubiz works with Microsoft Business Central and related ERP solutions, which according to CCIT address a growing market demand – driven in part by new compliance and documentation requirements in Denmark and the EU.
“Our customers increasingly demand advisory services and solutions that more closely integrate business, data, and compliance. With Nubiz, we can offer in-house ERP competencies that many are already requesting – and which naturally complement our existing focus on Microsoft-based solutions,” says Hans Dürke Bloch.
The addition of Nubiz aims to expand CCIT’s internal competencies both horizontally and vertically and represents the company’s first move into the ERP market.
Investment in a high double-digit million amount
CCIT states that the investment in Nubiz amounts to a high double-digit million figure (in DKK). In connection with the acquisition, CCIT emphasizes a decentralized model in which individual companies within the Group operate independently, supported by a shared group function. The strategy is to consolidate many of the problem areas experienced by smaller Danish companies and solve them jointly, enabling each company – under the shared CCIT banner – to focus on its core business.
For Nubiz, the agreement is partly about securing a stronger foundation for the next growth phase in a market where the transition from 20 to 30–50 employees can be demanding.
“Nubiz has proven that they can deliver results – and we are not going to interfere with that. Our role is to remove the barriers that typically slow growth, allowing the team to focus on customers, delivery, and development, and to achieve their ambitions,” says Hans Dürke Bloch.
“In a short time, we have built a business with strong growth and a clear focus on Microsoft Business Central. With CCIT, we gain a larger setup behind us that can support the next phase – while we continue the culture and way of working that have made us successful,” says Thomas Klavsen, Director of Nubiz.
Part of CCIT’s growth plan toward 2026
In recent years, CCIT has worked strategically with both organic growth and acquisitions. According to its own figures, the Group generated revenue of DKK 319 million in 2024 and expects DKK 510 million in 2025. The target for 2026 is revenue of more than DKK 800 million, supported by a continued execution of the current buy-and-build strategy. CCIT also expects to announce further M&A activity in the first half of the year, including the establishment of at least two new business units.
