Pride Capital Partners portfolio company CCiT Group raises € 35 million in inaugural bond issuance

On May 12, 2026, Pride Capital Partners portfolio company CCiT Group successfully completed its initial raise of a bond on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

CCiT Group placed an initial EUR 35 million of senior secured bonds under a total framework of up to EUR 70 million. The transaction attracted strong demand from a diversified group of institutional investors across the Nordics, the Baltics, Central Europe and North America, reflecting confidence in CCiT's strategy and growth trajectory. The issuance was arranged by ABG Sundal Collier as sole manager and bookrunner. Pride Capital Partners did not subscribe to the bond and participates in CCiT solely in its existing capacity as a shareholder and junior lender.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used to accelerate CCiT's acquisition strategy in the Danish IT services market and to refinance some existing debt facilities to broaden financial flexibility. The financing marks the next chapter in CCiT's growth journey - since 2020 the Group has scaled rapidly through a combination of organic growth and systematic M&A, surpassing €65 million in revenue in 2025.

Pride Capital Partners first invested in CCiT Group in February 2025, acquiring a minority stake to support the Group's organic growth and buy-and-build agenda. Since then, CCiT has completed three acquisitions, with a fourth in the final stages and a healthy pipeline of further opportunities under active discussion.
